Costs to be paid upon arrival

COMPULSORY CHARGES (TO PAY ON SPOT):
  • DAILY FORFAIT: € 5.00 per person (adults) per day, children 3-11.99 y.o. € 2.50 per day per child,  children 0-2.99 years free. Rates include water, electricity, gas, bed linen.
  • FINAL CLEANING : per apartment, € 60,00. Kitchen area must be cleaned by the client, otherwise, a supplement fee of € 50,00 will be charged.
  • CITY TAX: compulsory in the municipality of Golfo Aranci, it may vary depending on the period of stay. 
  • DEPOSIT : € 200,00. Returnable at the end of your stay after verification of the state of the apartment.
