The apartments, divided between the ground and second floors, are surrounded by lush gardens, creating a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. All apartments feature air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster and kettle, and a private bathroom with shower. Some apartments offer beautiful frontal or side sea views (see Sea View Type), and all have a balcony or veranda with table and chairs.
There's also a bar, restaurant/pizzeria, market and yoga center, available according to the season (opening hours at the discretion of the managers).
Just 350 meters from the Residence, you'll find a number of sandy coves with sloping seabeds, a perfect example of the typical Sardinian coastline, bordered by granite rocks and surrounded by Mediterranean scrub.
